Victor 2 plastic is a grippy, tacky, medium-firm blend. It is a high quality plastic that is best meant for putting. Victor plastic is the softer version of the Victor plastic series (“Victor” is softer). While manufactured in Texas, it is more comparable to MVP’s Electron plastic.Victor 2 plastic floats in water!
